The Islamic Banking Window “Humo,” within the framework of the project “Improving Water Resource Management in the Khatlon Region,” financed by the Islamic Development Bank, offers financing to the population of the Khatlon region in accordance with Islamic banking principles.Financing is provided through a Murobaha agreement.Murobaha is an agreement under which the Islamic Banking Window “Humo” purchases goods from a seller at the request of the buyer and sells them on installment terms.
Sectors:agriculture, horticulture, livestock, beekeeping, fish farming, poultry farming, production, processing, storage, sale, and export of agricultural products, as well as the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment
Conditions:
Financing amount:
up to 250,000 somoni for individuals;up to 500,000 somoni for legal entities.
Financing term:
from 3 to 36 months.
Mark-up:
10% for 12 months.
Collateral:
movable and immovable property.
Client requirements:
Age above 20 years.Work experience over 6 months.No loans from other banks and MFIs. Good credit history
