Tender Subject:
Acquisition and implementation of an IFRS 9 software module to automate the accounting of expected credit losses and the classification of financial instruments in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
Purpose:
To improve the efficiency and transparency of financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS 9 requirements.
Key requirements for the procurement subject:
• The module must be compatible with existing accounting systems.
• Support for calculating expected credit losses (ECL) across three impairment stages.
• Ability to automatically generate IFRS 9 reports.
• Ability to integrate with databases and risk management systems.
• User training and technical support are provided.
• Stress and back-testing capabilities are available.
• Ensuring calculations meet the auditor’s requirements.

Participants must submit:
• A commercial proposal, including cost, delivery, and implementation timeframes, and technical support terms
•. A brief presentation of the company, including information about shareholders, a profile of the company’s key specialists with relevant competencies, as well as information about completed projects of a similar nature.
